ACE strongly opposes passage of two bills under consideration by the state legislature. These would result in forced abandonment of single-family-residential-zoning statewide. These bills allow State government to take away local zoning regulations and replace them with one extreme and rigid statewide scheme. Meaning the State, not cities, decide what is best for your neighborhood. Please contact your state representative and state senator and do not wait to do so.
